92% cotton, 8% lycra

1.Wash inside out at 30°C
2. Use fabric softener
3. Do not bleach
3. Iron at 140°C or below
4. Do not iron printed area
5. Do not tumble dry or dry at direct sunshine

And then your T-shirt will last much longer ;)
