Peak - is a hard board for citywave, river surfing and a million names of cool artificial waves simulating oceanic waves.
Nowadays there are 3 such waves in Moscow: Flow Moscow, Surfbrothers Skolkovo and Freezone. Another one, Piterland, is in St. Petersburg and the only outdoor wave, Donsurf, is installed on the river in Lebedyan near Lipetsk.
We’ve been making this board for several years through a series of trials, errors and experiments. Now we are happy to present to you our creation - the Peak citiwave board. Light weight, thoughtful shape, single concave - everything is done for your joy and progress on the wave. This board can handle any trick that is possible on artificial waves.
This board is made of EPS (expanded polystyrene) with a wooden stringer and a carbon-fiber rail to give it the proper flexibility and damage resistance, because on such waves, fins cling really often and inserts brake. We’ve reinforced the fins with fiberglass and carbon so that the board remains intact. The top layer of the board feels like velvet (super smooth).
There are 3 FCS system inserts installed in the board. You can install a fin in the M or XS size to the central insert. If you install XS, the board will provide greater maneuverability and variability depending on the specific wave.
We’ re fully aware of all the environmental problems on our planet and try to make our products as environmentally friendly as possible: 30% recycled EPS is used in the production of wakesurf, and 40% epoxy resin consists of bio-based carbon.
The board is suitable for both beginners and progressing intermediate riders, because there is no point in buying a lower quality sports equipment, you’ll quickly grow out of it, but this board will be with you for a long time.
